I love this cheesball recipe as well (maybe it's because we grew up on it together).
Here's the problem I have, finding Old English in the grocery store. There is something about bottled cheese that makes grocers put it it weird places. When I do find it's placement in the store, a lot of times they are out of stock, especially around the holidays. It becomes one HOT item.
I know... I had to go to two different groceries stores on Saturday to find it! I have found the secret...it is usually by the Velveta cheese which is normally by the crackers. When I ask the grocery store clerks for help to find the Old English Cheese they think I am a crazy person. But, if you ask for Velveta cheese they know exactly what your talking about.
i hate cheeseballs but i do love cheese. what does this say about me?
